Some time ago on my old job, I decided the company could use an Orwellian "Big Brother" to motivate the workers. With Post-It note & Pencil I came up with this charming looking individual, who I dubbed Heinrick

Another Post-It & Pencil piece from years back. General Custer again. I like the way the graphite of the pencil gets kind of smeared; I think it gives an interesting texture.
