Just Talkin'

You know how when a stand-up comedian acts like he's talking on the phone, will put his hand up to the side of his face, thumb up near the ear and little-finger extended to the mouth? Well, why can't that be a super-power? Seems that in the comic books, if you're super-good at anything, you can put on a costume and be a super-hero. Why can't there be a super-hero who pretends he's talking on the phone -- really good?

Why can't some comedian, tired of all the rotten things in society, decide to drop out and run off to train at some mysterious mime academy (yeah, that's it: L'academie de la pantomime extraordinaire, the Top Secret school started by the French Underground to train mimes to battle the Nazis )? And then a few more years studying esoteric mystical stuff with the Lamas of Tibet?

Yeah, I can see it now...
