This is Capt. Vigilance (motto: I'm watching, and I call 911! ). Worried that his superhero costume does not provide enough anonimity to protect his secret identity (that being professional tax preparer Ken Hamilton), Capt. Vigilance wears a different mask while in civilian guise.****
