Chariots of the Stooges?

The following fragment (from an apparent "comic tablet") was found in an ancient Egyptian tomb (believed to be from the 1st Shemp Dynasty), and is believed to be the earliest known appearance of "cartoon" humor

The Hieroglyphics actually do say say something (though I don't know how accurate my Epyptian syntax is).

Got a lot of nice pics Saturday night. A lot of bad ones too!

Both the Turnip & Egyptian cartoons are something I just sort of came up with at the last minute.
