Ponder Bobble

Just the other day, a friend of mine mentioned something called "smile detection" technology on cameras. It seems that one can set such a camera to snap a picture as soon as a smile is detected on the subject (though how this would work on Ocelots and Salamanders, let alone asparagas, is something that puzzles me... ). Of course, the first thing that came to my mind (as I'm sure it did with many of you) is: What if some madman developed nose-pick detection technology? Yet another thing to worry about in this upside-down world...

What if historic figures had lived their lives as human bobble-heads? I'm sure our history books would be pretty different -- but for better, or worse? Something to ponder, for sure.
