You have presidents, senators, governors, mayors, councilmen and so on down the line; People with great ambition to have the most powerful, pretigious jobs , and you have those who are content to serve at local levels for their whole careers. Does this go the same for EVILDOERS? Instead of wanting to rule the world, is there some Twisted Genius who has set his sites much, much lower....?
