Three is no reason for the cartoon to exist, yet it does.

Then & Now
Just thinking about what my impression of what the typical "Underground" or "Alternative" Newspaper comicstrip was in the past, and what it is now (when Alt Papers actually have a comic strip in them).

Feb Frankenstein #23
Apparently, some time in the 1950s, Frankenstein was used in a campaign to motivate workers behind the Iron Curtain.

Feb Frankenstein #21: Puzzling Observations
Frankenstein's Monster becomes an "observational" type stand-up comedian; unfortunately, his "observations" do not appear to be of anything anybody else could possibly observe.

Feb Frankenstein #16
In 2032, a sit-com that will premier on network television that will redefine "cool". The catch-phrase "Juggle a Slinky" will sweep the nation, it will repeated, incessantly in every schoolyard and playground. In 2052, a fuzzy purple vest will be placed on permanent display at The Smithsonian Institute. In 2062, no one will remember FRANKENCOOL.

Feb Frankenstein #15: Electrical Reality
Before man developed the ability to create artificial light, all shadows were created from natural light sources, like the sun, moon, active volcanoes and such. Since the time of artificial light, we have experienced UNNATURAL SHADOWS!

2014 February Frankenstein #2

Came Up With a New Super-Hero
Here we have yet another entry in our Legion of Crummy Heroes:
Through some strange alien science, mild mannered accountant Chuck Upton has become host to intrepid gastronaut Gak-Pflewie, an explorer from another world who travels to different realms through inter-dimensional doorways in people's stomachs! Gak is trapped in our world, but has found a haven in Chuck's stomach, emerging (Induce Vomiting!), when his particular talents are needed to combat Evil!
Dubbed, THE PUKE by the criminal underworld, Gak can go places only vomit can, striking fear into the hearts of evil-doers in alleys, gutters, gas station toilets and rock concerts!
Of course, The Puke does have a cute Saturday-Morning friendly side-kick:
