It's Halloween, so there simply must have some sort of related imagery!
A while back, the name "Rick Void" popped in my head -- Thought it could be the name of an obscure, long forgotten comic book/cartoon character. Yeah, Rick Void: Time Drifter
Rick's milieu is that through some chronological quirk, he is continuously drifting forward in time! Yes, he is trapped on a single temporal path which moves in only one direction! He cannot move backward! He cannot move sideways! Though he is moving forward, he cannot actually reach the future -- for he is trapped in some weird, unending present, an eternal NOW! He can only travel to the past through memory -- and can only imagine what the future will bring!!Perhaps he should have some kind of sidekick in his adventures -- Hobart Contemporaneous... yes, that sounds like a good name...
