Sketched a picture of what I thought a "cad" would look like. I liked the pic and dubbed the dude "Cad Bounder", and thought I'd add him as a character n the Jar of Spiders strip. Here's a situation that may or may not be based on a real incident ( Maybe a little exagerated)...
