Bent Board
Took a photo of the chess pieces with the camera (Sony rx-100)setting on "illustration", then added text in PhotoStudio. Wasn't sure if this should be on the photo blog or cartoon blog; decided on cartoon because it's supposed to be "humorous".

Doodle Noir
Another doodle done during my commute to work. As the City sleeps, Hondo Spicey, shamus, is on the case.

Slime Time
Sure, The Green Slime are hideous monsters that will destroy anything in their path, but are they really all that different from us?

Cartoons From The Commute
Some more drawings I did last week while riding the train to work:
I remember commercials for a soda brand named "Zebra Striped Soda (or Cola?)". I can't find any references to it on line, but I remember the commercials would start out with a couple of kids on a hot day taking a brake from yard work, one says "Boy, am I thirsty!", and then both kids call out "HEY, MR. ZEBRA-MAN". Then the Mr. Zebra-Man theme song starts and you see a guy in a zebra suite run out of a jungle. He eventually finds his way into the city were in one instance, he pops out of a manhole and looks left and right. Yes he does eventually find his way to the thirsty kids and supplies them with Zebra Stripe soda.
One can get Frankenstein ideas anytime!
